Tomoya Kinoshita
Born in 1988. Born in the Okawa district of Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. He grew up surrounded by rich seas such as Nagamenura at the mouth of the Kitakami River, and suffered a disaster while training to cook Japanese cuisine at a hotel in the prefecture in order to take over his family's inn, Matsubara-so. My parents' house also leaked. Currently aiming to rebuild Matsubara-so, he himself goes out to sea and tries fishing, while running "Kappo Stand Matsubaru" in the center of Ishinomaki City. Using local ingredients, we offer a way to enjoy food that can only be found in Ishinomaki, with a dish that gives you a sense of the season and sake that goes well with the dish.
